I have never used dark colours before, especially not in the black ranges, so these paintings took me by surprise. The paintings took me into unknown territory and they became about the unobvious, the subconscious and time passing

I didn't let myself think too much with these paintings, they were not planned, but just came to me and I did what felt right and unforced to do.

In retrospect, I could attribute deeper meaning to each painting, but I'd rather the viewer find his her her own interpretation of the work.
